Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr MBE is an Irish singer songwriter musician and actress. Corr together the likes of Caroline Sharon and Jim, began their career with the band as The Corrs' lead singer in 1990. Andrea Corr was born in Ireland. She is a singer, songwriter as well as a musician and actor. She was awarded her Most Excellent Order of the British Empire award in 2005 and is best known for being part of the Celtic pop and rock group The Corrs. Andrea plays a variety of musical instruments as well as sings for The Corrs. Andrea was first introduced to acting as early as 1991. Since she began, Andrea has developed into a gifted musician and stage performer. She was the voice of The Quest for Camelot, the first Warner Bros. cartoon film that was released in 1998. Andrea's work as an artist is diverse. She has been felicitated for her charitable work too. Andrea's stockbroker husband as well as two children belong to her. Andrea started her musical lessons using the tin-whistle. Andrea also learned to play piano with the guidance of Gerry. Andrea is a Ukulele player. She spent her entire teenage life honing and perfecting her music abilities. She began by practicing with her brothers and sisters, and then became the singer-in-chief of the group.
